As stated in review of Peruvian Naturals Maca Powder I am constantly searching for things that might enhance the well being of my life and that of my family and friends. And, on May 13, 2018 while reading reviews for products I was considering I read something about Rhodiola helping folks handle things like stress and jet-lag. Most of the reviews I read were positive, such as: One written by an emergency room worker, and one by someone who got much improvement with jet lag as a result of Rhodiola. I figured if it could help those folks, it would probably be able to help my husband too. REASONS I CHOSE NUTRACHAMPS RHODIOLA: 1) There is only one thing listed for “Other Ingredients” – “Vegetable Capsule.” Several years ago I learned from our then family practice doctor (a medical doctor who practiced functional medicine) to limit the amount of “Other Ingredients,” and to stay away fillers, especially things like “Magnesium Stearate.” As a result, if a product can’t meet this criteria, no amount of endorsement or low cost will get me to buy it. 2) NutraChamps made it clear what the product might do on the front of the label: A) Relieves Stress. B) Boosts Focus & Mood. C) Optimizes Energy & Stamina. All things my husband desperately needed. 3) There were lots of pictures, which I could hover over and read the fine print. 4) Some of the labels included: Non-GMO & Made in the USA. Things that are important to me. 5) I liked that the bottle contained 120 capsules. Since not everyone recycles I think this packaging will result in less garbage in landfills. 6) I liked that they have “Subscribe & Save,” because I hoped that it would work for my husband and I could then reorder through this method. With so many positives it seemed like a no brainer to me. I thought if my husband added this Rhodiola to the other adaptogens he had been taking since April 2018 that he would get much quicker relief from the anxiety and depression that he had been battling for years. (For anyone who might be wondering, no, he has never taken any medication for the anxiety and depression; we do not take prescribed medicine unless absolutely necessary.) So far, it seems to be working. FOUR ADAPTOGENS HE IS CURRENTLY TAKING: RHODIOLA (started mid May 2018): 1) Help depression. 2) Improve brain function. 3) Help with stress. ASHWAGANDHA (started April 2018): 1) Improves thyroid function. 2) Relieves adrenal fatigue. 3) Combats stress and anxiety. 4) May reduce depression. MACA POWDER (started May 6, 2018): 1) Rich in antioxidants. 2) Enhances energy, mood and memory. MORINGA LEAF POWDER (started about mid May 2018): 1) Provides anti-oxidants. 2) Stabilize mood. 3) Balances hormones. 4) Increase immune function. According to Dr. Josh Axe, “…an ‘adaptogen,’ is a name given to certain herbs, plants and natural substances that help the body naturally adapt to stressors like a busy schedule, demanding job or illness.” MY HUSBAND’S RESULTS THUS FAR TAKING ALL OF THE ABOVE ADAPTOGENS: Since my husband started taking all of the above adaptogens we have both noticed a definite improvement in his ability to handle the stressors in our lives. Several times he has even commented to me that he recognizes how much better he is able to handle certain things that once stressed him out. To me, it’s as if he can see & think more clearly now. I like this Rhodiola b/c it’s Top Quality, there are Zero fillers, and it WORKS!!! I only need one capsule at a time to help me when I am feeling STReSseD—it seems to help level me out and Improve my MOOD, help me focus better and give the Energy & Stamina to push through the Difficult days! I have tried 3 separate products from NUTR CHAMPS: RESVERATROL was the first product I tried—which by the way I didn’t realize there was a time limit on getting my next bottle free and was waiting until I was nearly out to order my Free bottle that was offered with this particular one so sadly I missed out! I have Really liked the RESVERATROL Combination b/c it also is Top Quality and it WORKS!! It gives me that EXTRA bit of Stamina to help me steadily calmly get through the day! Secondly, I tried the RHODIOLA as mentioned above. GOOD STUFF! Third, I tried the TART CHERRY Combination. I LOVE that the Tart Cherry Concentrate is combined with Bilberry Extract, and both are ORGANICLY GROWN, and it is also an EXCELLENT Product that Really WORKS! I like this Tart Cherry combination b/c it seems to not only help me get a better nights sleep when I need it but I believe it also helps my tired body after a good intense physical workout and eyes after too much time in front of electronic screen. I don’t recall if the other products are Organic, but if Not, that would be my Only ‘complaint’ simply b/c I Always prefer Organic if possible.

This is really helped me manage my stress better, since taking it the times that I have been sick have decreased to zero! My doctor recommended it and I recommend it. I’ve been taking it for four years now and I’m very glad that I was introduced to this product.I have ADHD and anxiety, and this is help manage it so much!

I have low energy and sleep issues. I have not been taking this but a short time, I am already seeing improvement. It does what it says, to boost your focus & mood, relieves stress, and increases energy & stamina. It definitely helps me when I'm working out. I have a sudden burst of energy, and it completely annihilates my fatigue. The 2 things that keep me from giving it an "I Love It" rating is 1) I get a little edgy/aggressive every once in a while. 2) After a week or two, it loses its efficacy, and I have cycle on and off it. I do like Nutra Champs brand because I think their supplements are top quality. Highly recommend!
