This is a very good quality watch. San Martin have established themselves as top of the tree homage specialists, and are widely acknowledged as such. However, be very wary of the price of the watch offered here. The PT5000 movement (not the SW200 Swiss made) is in my view overpriced at three hundred and fifty nine pounds. I suggest looking around a bit for a much better price. I have one with the PT 5000 movement and it seems fine - and so far plus 8 secs a day, pretty good and easy to adjust. The dial, bezel and bracelet are very well done and the cyclops is perfect. The question an homage of this quality asks is..."how much am I willing to pay for an homage?" If the quality justifies it then forget its an homage. I rather like the fact that I have a really good watch, and find the price of the original, however refined and beautiful, a bit of a status-hungry joke.
