Mostly I just adored the design, but as a person that communicates with American sign language alot it had other wrist aiding allures. I'm not sure if I notice the effect outright... but I might have a little more blood flow to my hands since my reinauds has decreased when wearing it.

I like this bracelet. The design is gorgeous. The metal bends easily while still retaining its shape. It’s a bit heavy and because my wrist is small it sits down on my hand a lot so the magnets aren’t ever really resting on my skin. Regardless of this I enjoy the piece as nice jewelry. It arrived quickly too.
