Burlington Comfort Power Men's No Show Sock, 10 Pair Pack

For whatever reason socks with high % of polyester make my feet feel like I’m wearing little plastic trash bags inside my shoes, and it makes my feet sweat. Thus, I set out to find white socks with 75% (or more) cotton and as little polyester as possible. I settled on three different brands as a test and these were BY FAR the best. They are high % cotton and also some rayon (which is basically plant material processed into fibers). So almost all the material is from plant based material. They are nice and plush plus very soft. The padding on the bottom has held up so far. They absorb moisture and breath well. They wash easily and have not shrunk on me. I’ve been wearing for them for several months now. I am so pleased with them I’ve now ordered several packages after my first order. I think others agree they are good as recently they have been “sold out” at times, but fortunately they recently popped back up and I ordered some more. If you want natural fibers and socks that are comfy and don’t shrink, these are it. If you often feel like your feet sweat from socks give these a try. They’re made in the USA too, which for me is a nice bonus. My only complaint is that the packaging has this little plastic tag that pierces each sock to hold them together, and on one package this lead to 4 socks to have a hole in them right off the bat. This plastic tag should be just a bit longer to still hold the package together without tearing the socks. I just sowed the hole shut but other than that I give 5 stars.

I've been obsessed with these since purchasing and am about to buy a couple more packs to replace my entire sock drawer. These are very soft and great quality- they hold up well to washing, don't sink down my ankle and fall off like other ankle socks do, and they're the perfect no-show height. They feel like they're made of high quality cotton and it is encouraging that they're made in the USA. They really are excellent quality socks at a great price point. Love them!

Bought these specifically for a USA made product. Feels great and they stay in place all day while walking 8+ hours on 6 day work weeks. Wash up quite good as well. Forget the PRC socks and spend just a little more for good quality. Will buy again when its time to stock up. I hope you keep these in stock they are great thank you.

Burlington Comfort Power Men's No Show Sock I’m very happy with the quality of these socks. I have ordered them three times now. They are nice, soft, and thick, so add comfort to bony feet. And the elastic does not shrink up and get too tight on the ankle.

I love this brand. I bought some years ago and promptly forgot what brand they were. I mean who really pays attention to their sock brands? But then I loved them. They’re soft and fluffy and they lasted forever. I retired other brands since, and none of them were as good. So I finally googled the unique green toe seam and was able to find the brand name through that seam. I’ve since bought three packs and two styles and I’m so thrilled to now know what brand they are so I can stick with them from now on.

These are still 75% cotton. I was concerned because a recent review indicated the makeup had changed and the product listing seemed to confirm this by stating it was 59% cotton. I thought this seemed low but I didn't have the packaging from my last batch (bought two years ago) to confirm so I ordered hoping nothing had changed. I am happy to report that as of April 14, 2025 these socks are just as great as they ever were. Thick, comfortable, breathable, durable. The product label confirms 75% cotton. Burlington please don't change these. I have bought these exclusively for the last 10 years or so and will continue to buy them for the rest of my life. I submitted a request to Amazon to change the product listing.

Initially I was very happy with these. My first 10-pair pack lasted several years. I bought them again when I got low and WOW, what a difference. They shed inside the sock and out. Very poor quality. Won't be buying again. Go elsewhere for quality manufacturing. Revision on 1/7/2025- I have added 2 stars to my review rating because when I initially purchased the socks, I was working a 40-hour a week job and only wore the socks at home. Now that I am semi-retired, I wear them all the time at home and therefore they wear out sooner. They still shed quite a bit, so I will look for some better quality socks, but these should work fine for periodic wear.
