Great monitor for the price
This monitor exceeded my expectations. It arrived quickly, well-packaged, and in perfect condition. The image quality is sharp, the colors look great, and it performs really well for both work and gaming. Setup was super easy, and everything worked right out of the box.If you're looking for a reliable monitor at a great price, this is definitely a solid choice. 5 stars!

2 Year Review
Honestly? No complaints. I bought this as a replacement for a rando 42" wall mounted TV I was using as a second monitor after I moved and this was a game changer. The smaller footprint on a desk was perfect for my new setup. Mostly used this for productivity (CAD modeling) and it was quite a charm using this as a 2nd extended display. Quality would meet all expectations and performance was always reliable. Color accuracy was good, took all of 10 min to setup hardware/ software, the the design language was pretty nice overall too. Never had any issues whatsoever over the course of 2 years. Well worth the price point, probably even more so if you are into gaming. Only downside I would say in my own case would be height adjustability although a riser or mount quickly solves that problem. Recently upgraded to a 27" OLED from LG and that just blows this out of the water, but even so I'll probably still use this as an aux vertical monitor on the regular, as fine text is actually pretty atrocious on OLED and this thing surprisingly displays it better. Would recommend this monitor if you're on a tight budget but looking for something with good performance, like I was when I got it. 5/5

So far it perfect
Got this for my series x and out the box it’s amazing. Big difference in gameplay going from 60hz to 120. (144hz requires dp cable and adapter) . Delivery was off by a day, not a deal breaker but limited my time to play . There was massive flickering when I hooked it up but this can be resolved by changing the video settings on you Xbox . Turn off 4K as this doesn’t support it anyways and restart your Xbox . After adjusting the picture settings on monitor, I could barely tell a difference between 4K and 1080p which is quite amazing. For $150 this monitor is the jack of all trades . Really impressive. Hoping i get at least a year out of this as I’ve seen some reviews saying theirs lasted days -months . Make sure you have it in a well ventilated room, keep dust build up to a minimum and please don’t smoke in your gaming room or if you do at least open a window and put the fan on reverse. Mainly got this for my FPS games and I’ve noticed quite the improvement due to response time. Overall I’d highly recommend this . I was about to get the Samsung odyssey g3 but I’m glad I got this one instead. Don’t base your judgement on negative reviews, everything that’s mass produced is going to let a flawed one through time to time and if you do get one , I’ve heard the return process is really simple , worst part is the wait game . Hope this helps some in their choices.

Solid.
Honestly? It’s fine. Good even. Colors are decent, pixel response times are pretty good, and the red color is on the back keeping the front looking good. The OSD is navigated via a nipple which is great. There’s really only 4 things that can be complained about. The stand is rubbish. Specifically that it’s pretty low and doesn’t adjust well due to the price point. I use an arm so it doesn’t affect me personally. There’s some IPS glow, but that’s pretty much a given at this price point. It doesn’t get all that bright. You’re probably going to want a room that’s on the darker side. And lastly, and this is arguably the most annoying one, the power chord ends in a brick so good luck making room in your power strip. The power chord is what made me knock a whole star off if I’m being honest.

It's a monitor, no complaints.
Not a very exciting title but it's a good thing. After going through 9 separate monitors across multiple brands last year with my main PC, I was concerned I'd have to do the same with my kid's computer.Fortunately this LG monitor is dirt cheap, has good Gsync / VSync capability, the response time is fairly good, 144hz is nice and smooth, and the colors are good. Not the brightest panel but that's OK - panel lighting is even and I have one very small spot of backlight bleed near the middle, but literally that's it. No IPS glow, dead pixels, scanlines, flickering, ETC.Really good 1080p monitor in the perfect size, no muss no fuss.As a bonus - the 'Service only' plug on the back can be removed to reveal a USB port that can be used to power a LED backlight strip to help with visual contrast that IPS typically lacks. We'll see if anything pops up in the next few weeks, but otherwise, great cheap monitor.
