I've been using this product for many years for muscle cramps at night and it is just perfect. You can use it when you get them or you can use it preventive.

I got turned onto this stuff by a lady (retired RN) that runs a local holistic vitamin shop in my neighborhood. Those are my favorite kind. Not the big name brand places trying to sell you their name brand stuff. She and everyone there are extremely helpful. I went in inquiring about something else and kept stretching my neck. I guess I had slept on it wrong and she noticed it. She grabbed a bottle and said "have you every tried Magnesium Oil for pain?" ummm no. She put some on me and I tell you before I left the store I was already feeling 100% better! Obviously I know these ladies as I am in there a lot. I was in shock! That was about 3 years ago and I have been a faithful user ever since and have told so many people about it. I put in on the bottom of my feet when I have been on them for 14 hours (flight attendant here). I also have facial spams and Bell's Palsy and when my face is bothering me I have rubbed some on my face and it helps calm the spams down as well. This stuff in general is something that I will never be without. My sister had major spine surgery and was on all sorts of intense pain killers. She has now switched over to only using this and CBD oils.

Occasionally, i have restless leg syndrome at bedtime. Probably from caffeine. Once I sprayed this on my restless legs, it took a few minutes to work. Then like magic, my legs relaxed. There is one thing that concerns me. While spraying, my legs feel a slight burn or tingle. It isn’t intense nor does it leave a rash or discoloration. Just wonder what in this product causes this odd feeling.
