Cigarette Holder - 4" Handmade Carved Rosewood Wooden Short Cigarette Holder - Fits Regular Cigarettes - No Filter (2)

I bought this product in May 2017 and couldn't have loved it more. I was able to easily fit my cigarettes in it and the holder had a little weight to it, so I could tell it was well made. 5 stars. But, I bought this a second time in December 2017 and the holder was lighter and no longer fits regular size(!) cigarettes. I have to force my cigarettes to fit into this new one. I'm not sure what to make of this; and because the worse product came the second time around, I can no longer recommend someone buying this holder.Update 2/8/2018: The seller contacted me and informed me that I had received a holder from a bad patch. They kindly sent me replacements (note the plural) for my negative experience. A+ product and customer service!

This item is clearly well crafted and would look good in a display case. Sadly, I cannot recommend it for use.As a new smoker, I noticed that somehow the holder was preventing me from getting a buzz out of my cigarettes. In fact, this caused me to smoke far more than I am accustomed to, and the havoc that played on my lungs was very noticeable. I thought, "Surely I'm not THIS used to smoking in just a month!", so I went a few days without using the holder and the difference was extremely noticeable.If you, like me, are worried about smelly hands from smoking, remember to wash up after your smoke and use hand lotion - also brush your teeth. Do not purchase a holder as it will likely lead you to smoke more heavily in chase of that nicotine high.

I really like these but I only gave 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1.i received 2 of the exact same shade of wood. 2. The wood is very nice but the finish is extremely dark not light like the picture shows. It's a matter of personal preference. I just don't like dark wood at all. I was expecting much lighter finish. That aside, they are very very nice and well made. And Def worth the price.just wish I got the ones I really wanted.it sounds stupid but growing up my parents were into colonial furniture which is very dark and our house was always dark and depressing so I guess I have a mental problem with dark wood.

I got an evenly colored heart-wood turning (no streak of sapwood), sized just right. Crafting was well refined and finished.Actually, I quit smoking thirty years ago. My intention is to put it in my kit and use it to blow in a directed way for fire-starting tender. It seems just right, while maybe improvising a short tube to get it further away from the face. For me, a perfect tool, with some personal warmth in its making.

The product photo shows 2 holders, but only one comes in the shipment. It does mention that in the description. The main issue for the one star is that this will only hold a slim and not a regular like the description states. I am going to attempt to return, but the return options are very limited.

I love this little piece! Easy to clean, and since I roll my own cigarettes it's nice to have something to filter out a bit of the tar. The color in the picture is a tan color, but the one I received is dark brown.... I actually like the color of the one I got more vs the one shown. The shape is exactly as shown, and it fits quite nicely in my hand. Not too big, not too small. I smoke 3-4 rolled cigarettes a day, so the tar build up isn't too bad. I could literally go almost 2 weeks before I clean it, but I tend try to run a soft pipe cleaner through it every few days just to be sure I don't get any nasty tar on my lips. Stuff tastes horrid! All in all, I recommend this product to the fullest!

I just ordered 3 more of these holders because I just lost my original and I can’t stand ever holding a cigarette again. I ordered a set of six holders made of bamboo by Land of wood around the same time that I bought this one and they are CRAP compared to this. It’s solid wood and has a tight fit around your cigarette so you always get the same drag as if you were smoking your smoke by hand. I used to get a yellowish nicotine stain on my fingers and my hand always smelled but since using this I’ve never had that problem again. I do break more cigarettes when trying to fit it but it’s worth it to me because I don’t smell like an ashtray all the time. I definitely recommend buying more than one because when or if you loose it you’ll be sorry!

I really like this wooden cigarette holder. I was a little worried when I ordered it because while browsing I saw some with mixed reviews. This is just what I wanted. It’s well made, not flimsy, and I like the carved wood. I do have to squeeze the cigarette in just a tiny bit to get it in, but it SHOULD fit snuggly so that it won’t fall out. Plus, this product is made of wood, so if needed I could take a tiny piece of sandpaper and make the opening bigger. No need for that in my opinion. Im happy with this purchase.
