I’m really happy with this Hosafe camera. Installation was quick and easy, even for someone with little experience. The image quality is excellent both during the day and at night, and I was impressed with how well the color night vision works. The app is user-friendly and lets you review recordings or watch live video from anywhere. I also appreciate the motion detection feature and the instant alerts sent to my phone. The build feels sturdy and it’s held up well in the rain—perfect for outdoor use. I’d definitely recommend this camera if you’re looking for reliable security at an affordable price.

This security camera from HOFAFE.com is very good in terms of durability, easy setup, both wifi and Ethernet connection, especially the Ethernet communication is very useful for areas where wifi signal is weak.

I purchase this camera a year ago and it a great camera. The other day I got a new router and for some reason the camera stopped responding to the new router. It turns out the camera wasn’t working at all. I contacted the company and they replaced the camera! So not only is it a great camera the company will make sure that they take care of replacing it under the 2 year warranty.

Camera is trash. Lags, cuts off, moves on its own and took forever to connect

I feel like this HoSafe CamHiPro outdoor video cam is a good purchase, priced right, all the features that you might need such as two-way audio, floodlight, pan & tilt, sharp night vision, SD card, waterproof etc. it was fairly easy to install, and the cord is now much longer, approx 10 feet. The cam view has a sharp clear image. All in all I’m very satisfied with this cam and would definitely encourage others to go ahead and purchase it.

My early HoSafe cameras have held up well for over a year, so I have continued buying for all my camera needs. No optical zoom is on this model, but this means a lower max current draw. It gives clear pictures, but probably not a license plate camera. All mine are set to provide flood light upon triggering. A very nice feature. One has this turned off at a neighbor request. IR light is used instead. I can't see the difference between the $40 & $50 versions.

I Bought 2 of these cameras to use with Blue Iris software, After initial cell phone software is installed, it easily connects to Blue Iris. I had some issues with one cameras night vision. Their e-mail support was Fantastic. They remotely connected to the camera then made suggestions that corrected the issue within an hour of first contact. I additionally Tested on another PC using their link to HP2P Client download and Cameras function well with this free software. Highly recommend for a camera in this price range.

Sadly we ended up having to buy a camera after an Amazon driver actually stole our package! We had video proof from our neighbour's camera. This camera alerts us whenever this human recognition at our porch. It automatically records a clip. We have had this for about a month now and have had zero issues with it. It has great range of motion as well. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a decent camera at a good price!

Camera good but just ordered another one cords too short 4foot

I bought 5 cameras from this seller and when I went to connect them they had no Onvif abilities. Onvif cameras are recognized by my software Agent DVR automatically. So There is no PTZ control or other functions that I was expecting. It was dishonest of the seller to sell us different model cameras and I would have returned them but it was so much work to get them mounted on our house with a ladder that I didn't take them all down and return them like I should have. The picture quality is ok on all the cameras but 3 of 5 cameras, cannot be controlled or moved by the Agent DVR software which cost $70 for lifetime updates. I can still move the 3 cameras. The others are stationary and can only be moved by going into the android app. I don't want these cameras and I bought 2 of another brand that actually were onvif as advertised. These cameras ----->ARENTI 2K/4MP Outdoor Security Camera, 5G/2.4G WiFi Camera for Home Security, Color Night Vision, Motion Tracking (OP1). Were less money on sale and worked properly with color night vision and make a noticably better video recording. They have a better android app and a blue work indicator that can be trned on and off. I recommend not buying any Hosafe cameras because they are dishonest and sold us cameras that weren't as advertised, It was past the return date I finally got help to mount them with a ladder from my brother in law and I am disappointed now that I am stuck with these cameras, I am making due but I will never buy another hosafe camera again. Onvif cameras are automatically detected by Agent DVR software and then I press the Get URLS button to get the camera urls and then there are two urls ending in /11, /12. URL 11 is recording URL and better quality and 12 is the live view URL and I select them accordingly. The Arenti camera is 4 MP and Onvif and has a much higher resolution than hosafe and it was detected perfectly. So Thanks Ho safe for being dishonest and I am stuck with 3 cameras with no PTX controls and non of your cameras have color night vision this is the last time I buy a hosafe product. The motion alarms built in have problems and no matter setting the sensitivity on 1 or 100 they give off siren alarms when there is no motion and false alarms and cannot be used, most of the features in their app are useless. Do yourself a favor go with Arenti cameras instead, I want to try some dual lens cameras with panoramic on the top and a PTZ camera on the bottom and possible zoom for reading license plates.
