Expensive but worth it!
My 10 year old is an incredible little artist and after coming across these pens on YouTube he decided to use some of his money to purchase some.He is so incredibly happy with them. He’s forever colouring his creations in with them and telling me all about what these pens can do. I personally think they’re quite expensive but I believe they are worth every pound.Unlike traditional colouring pens that use ink, he informed me that these are filled with paint. Upon use you just gently press the nib in to whatever surface you’re colouring on to disperse the paint in to the nib then off you go. I don’t know whether you have to do this at the beginning of every use or just the very first use though! They make his colouring in a breeze. As you can see from the video they are incredibly pigmented so no need to go over spots that can be patchy with traditional pens making colouring in quick and effortless. They look to disperse colour evenly and accurately making keeping inside the lines a doddle. From watching him colour, they don’t look to make the paper soggy like a traditional pen either so they also prevent you from tearing your creations. I know I for one have gone through many pictures going over a patchy spot with a traditional colouring pen.Whilst costly, I would highly recommend these for advanced artists or little budding ones like mine!

Absolutely love them!
I absolutely love using Posca pens for art, would wholeheartedly recommend, just make sure you use the right medium as most average paper will get messed up by too many strokes.

Quality Not Quantity
Posca are royalty among paint pens. It doesn't matter how many off brand I have used in the past' I always come back to my Poscas. They can be a little pricey but if you want Quality then these are your best option. They are so versatile and opaque they can be used for so many different crafting purposes. And oh lordy lord these colours are wonderful! I got the deep coloured set which is better for me because I tend to create the more dark and grundgy sort of art but I will be getting the pastel collection very soon. They are worth every penny..

Good colour and dry rapidly on surface.
Posca pens tend to be very opaque in colour when used on surfaces like paper/wood and provide a solid outline on other materials such as stone. They dry very fast compared to more traditional paints I've tried , so are good for layering if you prefer to do so quickly. The pens are smooth to use and move across the surface without distortion or texture in my experience.

Just what I wanted!
I purchased these Uniball pens for my granddaughter for one of her Christmas presents. She loves drawing and had mentioned this make and style as something she would like; as they do! She was delighted with them and has spent hours improving her art skills. She loves them; the colour’s are so bright and the fine tips make detail a dream, they are also water based, so easy to clean off that stray splash! Great pens at a competitive price. I would recommend these pens!
