Works the same as the original remote, that gave up the ghost.Would purchase again if this one dies.Cannot really work the Smart TV, without one.

It was exactly what I needed

Bought this October 2024. I had to return it because the voice control stopped working. They did replace it. After less than a year it has become very unresponsive. What I mean is when you press a button on the remote the TV doesn't respond in a timely manner. After waiting a few seconds it may or may not respond. So you hit the button again and same thing. All of the sudden it may do three actions at once. I have a different remote non voice and the buttons all work and TV responds as expected. I would not recommend this remote.

Works well and easy to program.

Fits my TV easy programming. It was the exact as the first one I had the original however I’m still trying to get the voice control back on not sure how that works but I can’t get it to match on my TV. The way I did with the first one despite the videos I found online. Not sure if there’s a defect but I will give it a few tries before I contemplate if there’s something wrong. Other than that, I love this remote.

My dog chewed up my other remote. It was a pain but I did just automatically go out and order one from Amazon. Figuring that there was going to be some type of programming that was going to be difficult. It was not. It was a matter of hitting one button or two buttons and holding them for a few seconds and everything synced right up like it was supposed to. The price is reasonable and the voice control is still there with Alexa and the same size. I was able to put the same case back on from my other remote. It's very easy to use. Doesn't feel any different than the one that I got with my TV.
