Very sturdy. Great size. My cat absolutely LOVES it!! Easy to assemble and I painted it to match furniture.

This is simple to assemble and install and the cat LOVES it.

The media could not be loaded.  My kitten loves it. The stepping ladder seems to be a little unstable and weak but works so far for the kitten. She’s really light right now- maybe 3.5 lbs. not sure how it will fare when she gets older. I do like how the steps are not to bulky but the moon hammock is bulky! It seems like they could have made it less wide like the steps. Maybe I’ll get over it. But big enough for when the kitty gets bigger. The hammock seems pretty sturdy. She really loves hanging out in it and seems to enjoy the challenge of climbing up there. My husband disliked the cat shaped shelf so we did not install it.

This cat climber is great for spoiled cats who need to expel energy and have a place to stalk their parents (LOL) All 5 pieces together take up a 10 foot wall pretty easily so have plenty of space for this project. Easy to install and no wobbly, my cats are 20 LBS and they get by on this thing very well. They love the baskets and when we throw toys up there for them to catch.

The wood is nice and overall seems pretty sturdy. I do wish the fabric was white or a more neutral color, it's pretty rare that homes are decorated with yellowThe hardware comes packaged well. I do wish I would have used wood glue prior to assembly for extra sturdiness. There are no pilot holes drilled into any of the straight pieces. And this is what happens or can happen when there are no pilot holes/guides. I "think" I saved it by catching it soon enough but this is where wood glue would have helped. If you go too far, this piece would have split completely, rendering it unstable, unusable, and unable to be returned. Not sure why they wouldn't have pilot holes as that is pretty standard with products that require home assembly, for this reason.

As several other reviews have said, the holes do not align properly between the semicircle and oval pieces that form the stairs. One is so bad that I would have drill new holes. The others appear to line up at first, then skews as you tighten the screws. That means it can't lay flush against the wall, so it won't be fully anchored in. Not willing to let my cats use it. Too bad because it looks so nice in the product listing.The instruction manual is also poorly made. The diagrams (especially parts list) are so low res that they're illegible. They also don't provide an allen wrench, to top it off. Gotta spend time grabbing your own tools just to find out the product is defectively constructed.

For $50 I expected more. The wood is 'build your own birdhouse' quality meaning there was no sanding or finish at all. Mine still had pencil marks and tear out in the cuts. I sanded the wood and added a mineral oil finish and it's turned out okay. Just know you're not getting a finished product.
