Very Good Black Salt!
The flavor of this black salt is on point and does the job! (I use it to make tofu scramble taste like real scrambled eggs; I haven't used it for any other purpose yet.)

This a very smelly salt! I bought this for an Indian recipe I was making, and it was definitely noticeable. It added both a salty minerality and a pungent umami-egg taste. A tiny bit goes a long way. I think my package arrived looking a little beaten up, but it's just salt, no biggie.

Rotten egg smell and eggy taste!
I didn't realize this salt was supposed to smell and taste like eggs.There is no food I dislike more than boiled eggs, or eggs in general, due to its smell. This salt really smells awful, I had to throw the whole thing away. I tried it on different foods before giving up on it. Why?

Makes Tofu Taste Good
I'm new to black salt so it is taking me a while to figure out how much to use but it does make my tofu taste good. The package came quickly and I am so glad I can experiment with this salt.

Good but stinky
Good quality salt but boy does this stuff smell!

Very good. It is sulfur salt, so that's how it smells. Some people don't like that smell, but I love it. Also, regular salt raises my blood pressure, and this salt does not. That's a big plus for me.

Transforming Tofu into Vegan Scrambled Eggs
I am so happy that I can transform my firm tofu into scrambled eggs using Kala Namak, cracked black pepper and a little turmeric. My only issue is not always being sure if I am adding too much or not enough. It makes a huge difference when I am serving my vegan scrambled eggs to my husband.
