Q: Will they fit a clubbed thumb?

I’m not sure, it would depend on the width of your thumb. I just measured my thumb nail at its widest so I could give you a measurement and it’s about 1/2 inch wide (or about 13 mm) and I usually use the largest or second largest nails for my thumbs and they fit pretty much perfectly.

I believe they would! There are many sizes and most were too big for my average size nail beds so I don't think there should be any issues.

They are smaller than normal but the are very long. I wouldn’t Recommend them for nine year olds unless she is used to wearing stiletto long nails.

Not that difficult. You just lift the nails up.
