I have long searched for something to drown out the noise of my neighbors' ever-barking dogs. Foam earplugs hurt my ears. Silencing headphones give me a headache. I was pleased to see this style of earplug, which was getting many good reviews. I eagerly bought a set, and they arrived today.These are worthless. They hurt my ears immediately, just like foam plugs do. And worse, they cut NO SOUND. I could still hear the neighbors' dog whining softly (not even barking) and the trees rustling in the breeze. The earplugs were literally worse than useless, as they cut no sound AND hurt my ears.I would return these if I could, but I doubt that's allowed with earplugs.

I have been using earplugs on a nightly basis for almost a decade. I tried these for the first time a few months ago. I will never buy any others again. These are by far the most comfortable, and best at noise blocking. I am a side sleeper and had struggled to find plugs that wouldn't irritate my ears. These are the ones!I am back for more. After about 3 months of daily use the cord snapped on the first pair and the plug is pretty short without the cord and I really like the cord feature. So I am purchasing another set of 2.One pair is always with my travel things and works great for whatever awaits me. This last trip I slept downstairs from 3 rowdy boys who were up hours before I was...I had a great night's sleep! I am a customer for life!p.s. these are also easy to clean with a qtip :)

They are worth the price and turned out to be durable. They just aren't made for women's shoes. You can see them but the purpose of this particular style of sock is not to be seen. They work well for men's shoes. Picture of them on a woman's foot is misleading.

These work great if you have a partner who snores! They don't fall out and block a lot of noise :)

I have really loud roommates and wear these to sleep in or when I'm studying. They are pretty good. They don't block out as much as I hoped but enough to make it tolerable. For the most part they are comfortable. Sometimes they feel like a suction cup and it hurts my ears but I just have to readjust them and they are fine.

Pretty bad. Maybe cuts out ten percent of the noise. Wouldn't recommend.

The earplugs themselves work great, and I like that it comes in two packs. But the "cord" that you use to keep them from getting lost? Damn near impossible to reconnect. I spent 10 minutes yesterday getting them back together after waking up, and 5 minutes this morning just for one before deciding not to worry about it.So, yeah. If you need earplugs, these work great. Comfortable, effective (they don't block 100% of everything around you but good enough to protect your hearing or help you fall asleep). Just don't think you'll be constantly disconnecting and reattaching the cord. And don't wear the earplugs with the cord attached, you can easily hear it rubbing against your clothing or the bed sheets.

My ear plugs arrived yesterday and I was impressed how quickly they came, One day early!! They seem to work really well so far. I had issues with the first pair, they kept popping back out of my ears. What I didn't realize was they are silicone and I am sensitive, not allergic, and so they make my ears itch. I will have to unfortunately return them for this reason!! But if you are not allergic or sensitive to silicone then I would still recommend this product!!I took pics of how the products would arrive.

Reduces the harshness of noise and it is very soft, comfortable, easy to insert and remove, it does exactly what I it says it does.I personally was looking for something that would remove noise like foam plugs but that was reusable and better for my pocket and the environment... this is a great product and is easily reusable but it's not what I was hoping for in the level of noise reduction. That being said I can't fault the product because it did exactly what it was supposed to and if you're looking for something to wear in busy loud places where you still need to be able to understand the people around you, then this is the perfect product!

I love these. I had low expectations for the price. They are the only earplugs I've found over the years that actually fit snuggly! I think it's the shape and material combined but they seal so perfectly. I use them to help me sleep and I can lay pretty much on my ear without being uncomfortable or them pushing in further. I'm not sure how much noise they cancel out but I'm a very light sleeper and they absoluty help. If your shopping around just try these! They were $12 for a set of 2. They're worth trying!

So far I am pleasantly surprised with the value and function of these ear plugs. I like the reusable and washable features and I like the weather. I have used these for sleeping and for motorcycling. Being familiar with Howard Weight brand I thought these would be as good but they are nearly equal in sound reduction and for my smallish ear canals I think they are more comfortable when used over night.The tether has saved be loosing a pair while motorcycling and you can't beat the fact you get two pair. The little storage cases are great too. I really think this is a great value buy. I initially selected 4 starts but as I submit this review I am changing it to 5 stars.

I’ve tried so many earplugs!!! And all have fallen short. The hubby snores & I have many sleepless nights:((( I’ve had the best sleeps all week! It took one night to figure out how to use these babies..I find twisting them in works best. Love that they’re attached, if one falls out in the night it’s easy to locate. I ordered more! Didn’t push him out of bed once this week.

I've purchased this product to block out lawnmower and other landscaping machine noise. After a week of use, I've found that the earplug worked very well. It is soft and comfortable, easy to insert, stays in place and cuts back the noise. The cord is very light and flexible. Maybe the stem part of the plug should be a bit longer for those with bigger hands and fingers. (easier to hold while you insert or remove it) I've found that the cord -around the neck- transfers any rubbing noise from my collar or hat back to my ear, but it is a same with other brand of earplugs too. It can be cleaned and used again. Overall I like this product and I will purchase it again.

In a house with a 5 year old, a sister who loves loud music and a mother who yells to hear over them both, I love my quiet time, especially when I'm studying. I bought these and were totally skeptical. AMAZING!!! Going for a test in a week and these are exactly what I need as I get easily distracted!!! Glad It came with two so when I'm travelling I'll be able to bring one!

I bought several different earplugs to use for sleeping. These were the most expensive and the worst, These ones did not fit in my or my girlfriends ears comfortably nor did they cancel out sound very well.

Very effective - they do a nice job at concerts filtering out noise and improving the sound clarity. The only thing that could be improved is making the core a little stiffer so they are easier to push into the ear. It takes a bit of angling and working to get them to sit in deep enough to work.

Very effective, comfortable, soft earplugs. Love that they are on a cord and that they are bright blue. Makes it easier to find them if I set them down somewhere. Did not fall out of my ears. Easy to clean off. Hope to use them for a long time.

Great to wear , when in a transportation : like a plane. 80% of the noise does get blocked .Not great to wear when sleeping at home. Cant move head side to side. The ear plugs stick out your ear, and poke in hard. only comfortable if you don't move your head left or right.

Ordered these a while back so I could study in the library or at home with absolute quiet since any noise distracts me. I wanted reusable ones that weren't too expensive for environmentally friendly reasons as well as being cheaper than buying disposable ones constantly. So far they're working very well. Don't block out all the noise but do a rather good job regardless. Easy to clean and very small so they're nice to carry around in my bag with me. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for cheap reusable earplugs. The second pack is also nice is case a friend needs some I can gift them to them.

Work's well if carefully inserted once most air is removed, the vacuum keeps them in place... might pop out now and again if not fully airtight . Careful to remove them though by allowing air back in slowly.
