Awesome clock, very beautiful. Confused about one thing, has all the main characters from every movie you could want, and a bunch of side characters, yet no Timone from Lion King? Has Simba, Nalla, and Pumbaa, but no Timone lol.

Bradford Exchange items have been a consistent disappointment including this Disney clock which we were very much looking forward to receiving. Despite the acceptable detailing on the small figurines (and forgiving on the princesses faces details since they are super small), it appears that someone tried to cover up the fact that the wires were split and ruined with hot glue and cheap tape. We tried connecting an adapter and then batteries (separately of course) to see if it will sing/rotate. The batteries didn’t work at all (we gave it two hours), then tried the adapter which briefly turned on rotation/light and then permanently stopped. (Clock was about $352+$49 protection plan option). This will be the 5th item so far we will be returning to Bradford Exchange for either: Items sold from this seller are defective (fail to play music, operate as advertised) or look like a 2 year old scribbled on figurines with a sharpie, (the Snow White singing globe-look at the Dwarfs mouths compared to the advertising-$109+shipping/tax, same with Beauty and the Beast singing Globe-very poor/cheap craftsmanship on Beast (look at the face and outfit compared to the advertising from seller-also $109+shipping/tax), and baby lion is an orange blob with a smiley face etched on-$136+shipping/tax. These kind of sales are fraudulent and rip innocent people off who don’t have the ability to spot the lack of quality and overpricing practices. There are 12 tracks, I expected (I did not look for this information before buying) but I expected at least a few different songs every time, but it's a single song every time! It has the advantage of lowering the volume if you feel tired of listening to this same song, on the other hand the product is of excellent quality, beautiful and charming.

I love it! We are big Disney fans. We go to Disneyland almost every year. It lights up, characters move at the bottom, and there's a short song that plays every hour. It's heavy so you need to be careful hanging it on the wall.

I've been wanting this clock for years and I finally decided to spend the money on it but when I opened the box a FEW of the characters were broken and although the clock is pretty, it looks a lot cheaper than what it costs. I was really disappointed. Even if there was no broken pieces, I would've been disappointed with the way the characters look. I returned it and waiting to get my money back.

The description of this item was awesome. However, the clock itself is a disappointment. It has a very small clock face that is hard to read, it only plays one tune which is very tinney, doesn't have a sensor to shut it off at night. I am extremely disappointed with this clock. The price is outrageous for the quality or lack of. I do not recommend this product at all.

Please provide a video of the clock working. Do all 43 characters move. How many different songs does it play?
