I was shocked at how clean my ring looked after using this. It’s super easy to use as well. Glad I made the purchase.

I really like this product better than ones I have used in the past. It has a nice large brush that cleans good! Just don’t use too much pressure and loosen stones.

I've been happily using Connoisseurs cleaners/cloths for silver, always great results, top notch, for my extensive silver for years. However, first time buying/using this particular product I am disappointed. Barely saw a difference, but I do like the brush and setup for rinsing. Only purchased to get into small crevices without damaging stones (turquoise, coral, spiny oyster, etc.). It was also hard even after shaking to squeeze out. The jar cleansers great but unfortunately not this item so much.Update: Tried again and worked better, though still hard to squeeze out. On very tarnished items, use silver cloth first to clean as much as possible then use this. I found one needs to use a lot more, especially items that have deep crevices. So, I've changed my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Wish it came with bigger tube of dazzle drops - I have tons of silver rings, pendants, etc.

I love Dazzle Drops!! I use the “Advanced Jewelry Cleaner” to clean all of my platinum and gold jewelry! it is awesome and I have been using it for years…. so much better than the other kinds bc you have a fresh clean mixture whenever you use it… the other ones are so gross bc it’s a jar of solution and every time you use it (except the very first time )you’re putting your rings in dirty solution . Do not put any of your sterling into the “Advanced Cleaning solution” though, it is not meant for silver, it will make your silver appear dull… if you do by accident don’t worry it is easily fixable by using a “Silver Cleaner” or by cleaning your silver with baking soda and hot water… In my opinion their “Silver Cleaner” is subpar at cleaning silver…I mean it’s ok, and works ok, but I wasn’t “wowed”…I’ve found that one of the best ways to clean sterling is by putting your sterling jewelry into a mug or small bowl, line the bowl with aluminum foil on the bottom, pour baking soda to cover the jewelry, then in a separate mug boil hot water in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and pour the water on top of the jewelry/baking soda… it will fizz and clean your silver to a sparking shine… do not use boiling water though IF your sterling has delicate pearls or little gems that are not prong set but that are glued in etc… in those cases so just use the baking soda with warm-hot water, not boiling water…or if you prefer just go ahead and use Connoisseur’s Silver Cleaner lol. For platinum and gold jewelry this “Advanced Jewelry Cleaner” is amazing!!!

This cleaner is fast and effective! I use it to clean my wedding ring. It sparkles so much after!

There is nothing great about this. I bought it cause it says safe for silver with stones. My jewelry is intricate and I thought with brush etc it would clean crevices ....no...so I would not buy again or recommend if you need something like that.Has a lot of "tools" and compact but that's all.

I had a sterling silver pendent that had a little tarnishing on it from some water. I tried everything else to get it off, and nothing worked until I purchased this item. It came with everything I needed to clean up the pendent and it's as good as new now.

This is probably the best jewellery cleaner I’ve bought. It works so well and leaves all my jewellery super shiny every time.

Doesn’t work overly well

I haven’t even finished using this and I had to stop to write a review! This stuff is AMAZING! My Pandora bracelet and charms had lost their shine (annoying since my mums and my sisters are still bright and mine isn’t when mine is newer but that’s besides the point) I went to buy the Pandora cleaning kit but it was out of stock, the only thing I have is their polishing cloth. But this little kit is amazing! It’s brought the shine right back to the bracelet and charms that I’ve done so far. I didn’t think of taking a picture of the bracelet before I cleaned it since I did it first and didn’t know how good it was. The picture is of the first charm that I got and it was really grubby looking even tho I don’t wear it that much... a minute or so of scrubbing with this kit and it’s back to looking like new! Will definitely be recommending and buying again when I need it! The only thing I used that didn’t come with the kit is the Pandora polishing cloth which give it an extra little shine, but the hard work was done with this kit!

After having my engagement ring almost a year I noticed the other evening how dirty it had gotten. The emerald looked dull and there was so much dirt in the side diamonds. After using the solution and the brush, I couldn't believe how shiny and clean it looked.It's an antique ring, but came out looking almost new. Very impressed and rushed to do it other pieces. A gold chain with a diamond pendant also came out gleaming.
