I teach boxing on a daily basis and hold mitts for casual enthusiasts as well as heavy hitters. I have owned many different brands and styles of mitts, from Rival to Title, and I must say that these are the highest quality mitts I've ever had the pleasure to use. I have since retired a pair of Ringside ultimate classic panther punch mitts, the previous model, and I would say that Ringside has improved on the style and construction by 200%, and the ultimate classics were a fantastic product to begin with! These mitts offer unparalleled protection, so if you feel like your hands take a beating while catching punches, put a pair of these on and you will feel no pain! Highly recommended, best on the market.

If you're running mitts with 14-18oz gloves, these mitts are large enough to be great to work with .They feel amazing and provide a great level of protection to the mitt runner. They're pretty light considering how quality the leather (also very soft), but they're probably lighter mitts out there if you're concerned about having something super light weight.These are a must have if you're dealing with anyone over 140 lbs.

First off, there is clearly some quality to these mitts and they are the most comfortable pads I have ever had on my hands. However, I'm taking 2 stars off for "made in China". These are made in China and it shows in a couple of tiny stitching mistakes. Secondly, I question the quality of the leather that was used in making these mitts.I'll compare to a pair of Cleto Reyes gloves or Fairtex gloves. Cleto Reyes uses real cowhide leather and you can smell the quality of the leather a mile away. They are thick, smooth and dripping with hand made craftsmanship. Fairtex are the same way, same quality and clearly hand made (most models.)These Ringside Panther mitts *feel* nice but do not have the super high quality feel and smell of a $200 pair of mitts. These smell 'nice' and smell like leather but maybe I was just blinded by the Cleto Reyes materials. Again, these are great designed mitts - the wrist support is amazing and are definitely going to save your elbows and wrist from impact pain. Maybe it's just me or I'm in a weird mood or something, but, I just feel like these are more like $100-$130 mitts.If you're on the fence - go with these mitts - I'm not trying to discourage anyone. If you're looking for the best hand position and wrist support in a mitt that I've ever seen - get these mitts.

I got these mitts to practice outside of my classes. I must say they are waaay better than what most trainers use.I find them somewhat soft, yet durable. I figured I’d have to spend extra to get good mitts. These are perfect to get online if you don’t want to spend $340 on the Winnings.

Amazing comfort.

Focus pads are great. Comfortable to work with for long hours here at the gym I go to GoshenMMA. Large striking area and the leather is top quality.
