It was incredibly easy to set up and add to the app, making it a breeze to integrate into my smart home system. The relay works perfectly, and the compact design is very convenient. For the price, it’s an excellent choice for smart control projects. Highly recommended!

Instructions are poor so I ignored. I simply opened the Tuya app on my iPad and it immediately it found the new device. Clicked on install and all done and working in a few seconds. Had it not worked I would probably have been in trouble with the instructions.

Purchased to enable switching of power to cameras inside a boat which has a MiFi that it connects through - works flawlessly and can be scheduled via the Tuya Smart app and is very flexible in how you want it to operate. When it is on a red led lights up inside the unit that is not too bright but indicates its state of operation.

Some of the previous reviews raised concerns regarding the reliability of the product, but so far the switch has worked fine and proving really useful opening our garage door with Alexa.

Works well, was tricky to set up as had to go through the set-up a few times in the app before it was successful. Been up and running a week now and having the button override makes it very handy to operate.

I use these to make my automatic garage and driveway gates smart. The inching mechanism effectively turns on the relay for two seconds (configurable) to emulate a momentary push button. Great items.

No stars. This switch burnt out after 30 seconds of use. Absolute rubbish. White smoke everywhere and the smell was horrid. Stay away from this product..This was the 3rd switch i bought. All have burnt out with only a 2 amp load.

I'm quite experienced at installing and configuring gadgets like this, but even so I was impressed by how easy this was. Perhaps because it's a single-channel, single-purpose device that doesn't try to be over-clever? Live and learn. Previously I've tried all-in-one boxes that do too much and don't do any of it particularly well or with any repeatable reliability. I particularly liked that setting up remote control key fobs is done with the help of the app, so there's no more fiddling about with tiny switches (or worse, shorting out two miniscule contacts on the PCB) while trying to decode what the invisible indicator LEDs are telling you. Just ask the app to enroll new remotes, and press the button on the key fob when prompted. Done. Love it.
