Build quality

The reels we order from northern tool were back ordered so we got this one. It turns it they are identical and this one is cheaper. They have been on trucks going down oil field Roads for two years without any problems

Hose works great and shipping was fast
We purchased this hose for our small business after looking into several different ones. We are so happy with our choice! Hose came in a wooden crate, very well packaged, no damages whatsoever. Hose works great. Great value overall. We’ll be getting some more! Great customer service!!! We bought a second hose and the reel was defective. I contacted the seller and they sent us a new working hose and reel right away. I would recommend this product and seller and will continue to buy from them in the future.

Great quality for price. I have it setup on my diesel pump for loading and unloading tanks. I have a manifold setup so I can use it as a suction or discharge.

This hose reel works awesome and is built really well. It does everything I need. The hose is decent. My only complaint is the spring is not quite strong enough to pull the hose in. My solution was to wind the hose reel clockwise 3x past the stopper so the spring is wound tighter and now it works well.
