Compatible with US outlets. Strongest vacumn I've ever owned and quiet. It has to ship from over-seas, so double-check attachments.

Very satisfied with this purchase. Brought it and was able to put to work almost immediately. It also and thankfully came with a U.S. adapter attached so I could immediately start to use. Cleaned both floors (over 2K SQ FT) of my home some of which are carpeted. My order came without damage and with all required and advertised attachments. It even came with two bags (it's a bagged unit) of which one was pre-installed so ready to go. My unit is also quiet in my opinion. The included instructions were not the best but were sufficient. There are YouTube videos on. Would buy again, recommend this product, and seller. It came about five days ahead of its earliest progrected receipt date as well.

I bought this under the impression that it’s the best thing for concrete floors. It does just as “good” a job as a push broom (ie not a great job at all). The suction is weak even in the strongest “setting” adjusted on the handle. The durability of the product is questionable at best, with 90% of it being plastic. And since this is manufactured in the UK, they provide an adapter for US outlets that has lasted less than a week before coming too loose to function. Towards the end of the video you can see the prongs jiggling with glee at the fact they’re not working.

This vacuum has low suction. It hardly sucks up the debris on my floor. I have 4 dogs that shed and bring in stickers and foxtails from my yard. I have to literally put the vacuum on top of a foxtail to get it to suck it up...that's how weak the suction is. I am trying to return it and get my money back. It doesn't work well at all. Very disappointed.

The vacuum is a hit with the cleaner. It is a proper vacuum that is versatile for residential applications for pro cleaning. The customers like Henry’s smile & it sets them at ease. Excellent

Bought two for my cleaning business as backups. Needed both yesterday and they barely work- suction is non existent. Not like the other Henry’s I have. So disappointing!

I have found Henry to be easy to manoeuvre with no strain on my wrists or hands as I vacuum. He just glides across the floor without a struggle which is very important in our aging years. He’s simple, basic and does an amazing job.

After years of owning a Henry I fell into the cordless vacuum market and kid myself that they worked just as good, well the last one did the dreaded battery death once again and I thought I d go back to a Henry, oooh how much I had missed it, simple to use, better suction etc, this time I brought the smaller one { 6 liters } which is perfect for my situation, ran over the carpet { owner of the hairiest dog in the world } with my old hoover and then with this one, I was shocked how much more hair etc went into Henrys bag, its a simple machine that just gets on with the job, its brush head { the small hard one } picked up more hair from the furniture than the cordless ones special { and pricey } pet hair remover head , simple to empty, nice long reach, happy to give another one a home.
