The ability to shift the weights comes in handy when beginning to lift or looking for light weights to add to simple movements/stretches. My only issue is it's really easy to lose the padding that helps keep the weights from sliding around in the tube.

Out of the few weights that I’ve used, these have got to be my favorites. I don’t need to pick from all the other weights that the gyms may have, instead I can edit the one set just by opening and take out or put in the couple sets of disks that comes with them.
