Q: Does this work on high quality leather shoes?

Our entire family uses this, ages ranging from 4yo on up. Shoes ranging from tennis shoes, hunting boots, high heels, and all leather boots. Works equally well on all items.

Q: How many sprays before empty?

I have never counted them but it depends on how long you hold the cannister down while it is spraying. With me I get a whole bunch of sprays

Q: Is the product delivered the same as whats in the pic? Kiwi fresh force select? I have received the regular kiwi spray and its not the same.

I don't know about the regular kiwi spray. With this one, you set it in the shoe and push down on the top. It sprays from both sides of the very bottom. Is that what you are asking? Hope this helps.
