Fitness Equipment Smart Home Gym 4 Springs, Black/Red

This small piece of exercise equipment really gives me a great workout! It is a great exercise equipment for push ups and sit ups. It can slip as other reviews has stated, but it is not a deterant. After one use I could feel the muscle burn.

I really like my new machine. It was in great condition & was so easy to put together. My only vice with this particular model is that it has no adjustable tension. Not a big issue. Im keepin it. Candy P.

it okay hard to for me to get down and up from the floor to used the equipment

Works well, only problem is the springs make a lot of noise.

I love it. When i can't ride my bike in this 100 degree heat, i have this wonder core to depend on. Thanks
