I want to do a gravy fountain and it was quite functional! Easy to use and easy to clean.

We have a couple of small fountains, but wanted a larger fountain to use at a shower. We tested it before hand and it was fine, but not long into the event the cheese started to have issues flowing. The fountain base did not maintain the heat, it got hot as it should but then then heat went from hot to warm only this caused the cheese to get thick causing the cheese not to flow. Our other fountains stay hot the entire time they are in use. This was very disappointing since the fountain was our centerpiece.

Worked beautifully! Lasted the whole baby shower 4+ hrs. Highly recommend!!!

Use 1lb of melting choocloate to 1/4cup of vegetable oil. Chocolate cheaper at local candy store. Put on low low on stove stirring continuously until right consistency then transfer. . CHOCOLATE IS NOT WARM!!

We purchased this fountain for our upcoming wedding used it for new years to see how well it works. Well that was a failure. The motor over heated started to smell like burning plastic. The heater warms the chocolate in the bottom tray but doesn’t heat in the upper tower or levels. Maybe if the auger was metal heat would transfer up. Needless to say auger stop spinning unit will be thrown in the trash because it’s past the return date Totally very disappointing. 15 minutes of use terrible. We will be referring to a fondue pot for our wedding instead of a tower. How disappointing is that? Jeff. Z.

Noise level is moderate but if using in a crowd you don’t hear it.

Gets the job done, but does not move the chocolate very well. We also used one for a ranch fountain without the heat on. It worked, but also didn't move the ranch very well. It is easy to assemble and very easy to clean. It works good for the price.

Used for maybe one hour and the auger stopped turning. Of course by the time we used it for our event it was two days past the return timeframe.

Purchased for a birthday party I was catering, worked well, is a little loud but with the activity at the arty it was not heard. Easy to wash as long as you don’t let the chocolate harden to the base the rest is machine washable. Would definitely buy again if needed.

Bought this for a graduation banquet and it didn’t warm up and the auger that brings the chocolate up the middle wouldn’t turn. Smoke started coming out of it after being plugged in for 15 minutes.
