This is a really great unit. It came well packaged in a box with a carry handle. (I may add, a very heavy box). It fit perfectly on my standard desk. You only have to attach the keyboard, but it all comes with instructions, bolts and an allen key to tighten the bolts. Very easy installation. The Versadesk is very stable. I have my original iMac 27" (from 2009), that weights 32 pounds. I also have a 17" Dell laptop that easily weighs 12 pounds. I also have an iMac 2TB backup drive. These are all located on top of the Versadesk. Pressing the up and down button moves the entire platform with ease. There is also a lot of room on the keyboard platform for a full size keyboard as well as a mouse. I only had one issue where the power supply was damaged. The cover came apart. I called support and they instantly sent me a replacement power supply. So all in all, an excellent product at an excellent price with excellent support.

This adjustable standing desk is exactly what I thought it would be. After reading several negative reviews about the way it "crashes" down on to the desk, it has far exceeded my expectations. I've been using mine for about 6 months now, and it works great. It was easy enough to assemble, is good quality, and sturdy. I only have a laptop and second monitor on the top level, and a keyboard and mouse on the second level, so others may have a much heavier setup than I do. When I lower the desk to the bottom position it stops with enough force to make my monitor wobble slightly. I don't know how it would be possible to prevent this, and I don't know why it would annoy anyone. The force when it hits bottom is nowhere near hard enough to knock a monitor over or damage anything. I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this standing desk.

Love this desk! It makes my back and abdominal surgery issues a little more tolerable. I can switch back and forth from sitting to standing about 1 hour each, back and forth all day, to keep one area from getting too fatigued. I would recommend a soft floor mat and possibly a tall stool to lean against from time to time while in the standing position. The electric function makes raising and lowering literally as easy as touching a button. This desk is attractive in color and finish. The two levels of working surface are perfect: you can put your wireless keyboard and mouse on the bottom shelf (and I put my keyboard in a pull-out tray while the desk is down). While working in the standing position, there is even enough room on the top shelf to hold the stack of whatever paperwork you're working on. I have two huge monitors on the top and the bases fit just right. They do not wobble at all while the desk is moving position. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

The product is no longer working, it is less than a year old. Very frustrating!

this desk is great, but don't ever purchase from the vendor. the vendor charges you then has you fill out a form w/the same information they have online. it's a joke. their product seems great but don't think they stand by it if they make you fill out this weird form and sign it stating about not able to dispute the charges, and other authorized charges will be made etc. horrible customer service if you ask me when you already charge the customer but can't release the product until you sign a form.

It's heavy and sturdy, and very smooth. The only disadvantage is that we cannot change the height of the keyboard tray independently, but no other product can do it. So, what I did was to put another small monitor riser on top of this product. I'm not sure if I should have bought smaller one because I put only one monitor on it, but if it is smaller and lighter than this, I'm not sure if it will be as stable as it is. The delivery person left it near the garage and didn't bring it up to my front door. I had to do so, and it was very heavy....

After my initial post with one star, VersaDesk contacted me about a series of problems I was having finding any company who sells their AC/DC power adapter with a proprietary (special) connection. My adapter was lost during a move and the desk was worthless without it. The only company that manufactures this adapter is VersaDesk and they have not been for sale or available for replacement. A VersaDesk rep was apologetic and had an adapter sent to my home at no charge, along with a free ergonomic foot mat (sweet). I have to believe VersaDesk has been aware of this problem for anyone who has lost the use of their power adapter for any number of reasons. If VersaDesk is going to sell a product where we are forced to use only them to purchase or obtain replacement parts, as a responsible company, they should have procedures in place to deal with these issues. Although I had to be vigilant and persistent, their customer support was responsive and followed through to ensure the adapter arrived and was working. Thanks to their customer support for the follow-up. Previous Post with minor updates: My VersaDesk Pro was great; when there was power to it. We moved and the power supply was lost. I have spent months trying to order a new power supply with a proprietary plug connection. My order was cancelled but no explanation has ever been given why or what I need to do now to order ANY power supply that will fit this proprietary connection. I try not to ever buy components, equipment and parts with proprietary connections, etc. for this very reason. If anyone has had a similar experience, be persistent with VersaDesk customer support.

I bought this versa desk for my work and it is amazing! It also goes well with a gel mat. I love how it can also support 2 screens and how easy it is to go from sitting to standing and vice versa.
