Elephant Ear Bulbs, Strong Sense of Satiety, Evergreen in All Seasons, Decorative Plants-3 Bulbs

The bulbs took a ridiculous amount of time to sprout compared to other types I have purchased in the past. Two out of three bulbs sprouted. This small elephant ear plant is very small, so don't expect much size to it. After thinking they were duds, after 1.5 months, they finally sprouted. Once sprouting, they do grow very fast, and several inches per day. So that's fun to watch, but I've had better than these.

I received these within a week or so of ordering and planted in the ground almost immediately but to date none of the 10 bulbs have grown. 2 even looked like they had the begging of a sprout but no luck. I read previous reviewers comments and some stated not all their bulbs bloomed but I expected some of them to bloom. Maybe next year they’ll have better luck.

Received and planted on June 15th, on June 18th had to report (dogs knocked them over) and noticed some very nice roots had grown already, it's now July 15th and all three bulbs have sprouted. I think the first one, the biggest bulb, breached the surface a week and a half ago, quickly followed by #2, and two days ago the 3rd poked though.Very pleased with these and I can't wait to see how big they get before it's starts getting cooler. Not sure yet if I'm going to take them inside or try to overwinter them (it rarely gets to freezing temperatures here, but it has happened and the weather has been all kinds of messed up these last few years).I'm in California, zone 9, and the last week has mostly been in the 3 digits, with several weeks of temps averaging in the 90s since potting. They're in a spot that receives (mostly) filtered sun most of the day and about 1/2 - 1 hour of direct evening sun.

Never received such small corms in my other purchases of similar items from other sellers. I’m skeptical to purchase from this seller in future. The corms were soils not mushy so growth was positive except I’ll be waiting till next summer to get the bulbs to normal size.

I truly adore elephant ear plants. Easy to grow & lovely plant. Of the 3 bulbs purchased, only ONE grew. The 2nd bulb sprouted one sprout & died and my 3rd bulb molded before I could plant it, which was within 3 days of planting the other two bulbs.

Only 5 of 20 sprouted. Some of the bulbs were molded.

The bulbs were packed with care, and love. This company really cares and it shows, I now have 3 healthy and happy elephant ear plants. I am as happy as I possibly could be with them. 21/10 I will be buying from this company again.
