We really like this little set and use it for general gaming on the weekends and evenings at home. I like the poker chip storage and would have liked to see another game like checkers with the chips or something. The chess pieces are a great value add, but they are easy to disturb and if you are outside, easy to blow around. Perhaps a newer version may have some simple magnets in the pieces for an extra cost. The board could be an inch or so large on each side and the lock is also somewhat flimsy but neither really cause an issue.

The advertised set has dominoes which was an influencing factor in my decision to purchase. The set I received had poker chips instead of the pictured set of dominoes. Needless to say, this feels like a bait and switch. I bought this as someone's present for Christmas so I don't really have time to return it and order another one. The chess pieces and board are adequate.

I ordered this game set for my husband to take on a deployment. First off the shown and the description said the set came with poker chips, but ours came with dominoes and no poker chips. When my husband opened the cards in his location, he found cards missing and tons of duplicates in the card decks for both card decks! If it was within the return window, we would have returned it, but didn’t open it until he was already in his location.
