The large is 2.11 qts, 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 5" Medium is 1 3/4 qts, 7 1/4" x 4 1/2" x 3 3/4". Small is .37 qts, 6"x 3 1/4" x 2 3/4".

Q: Will any vacuum work with these bags?

These bags are designed specifically for the Zwilling Fresh & Save system. We have not tested them with other vacuum sealing products.

Q: The description lists up to 212 Fahrenheit for sous vide, has anyone had issues with this limitation?

You probably would be doing soups vide at a much lower temperature. But since 212 is the maximum temperature of boing water, it could not go any higher.
