Die Einlage ist gut. Ich habe 35 € incl. Porto bezahlt. 5 Tage später also heute, soll die 2. Einlage knapp 60 € kosten.! Was soll das?? 60% Einfuhrzoll?? 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ Gerade noch festgestellt: Sorry. 67,10 €. Also fast 100% mehr. Echt übel.

The first issue is that the sole of my shoe is not flat and putting a flat plate inside means there is a gap underneath the middle, with my smaller toes much lower in the shoe the the big toe. Which exactly the opposite of what is needed. This also means the plate flattens down and back up when stepping causing excess rubbing. The other issue is that you would need a really secure hold round your ankle to stop the heal lifting out of the shoe, due to the rigidity of the plate

I used it for the pain in my hammer toe and it made the pain worse.

I didn't have high hopes for pain relief of my hallux rigidus. It's gotten much worse over the years. I have bought , and wasted money, on many types of shoes. I am an active hiker, dog walker and nurse. My feet have taken a beating. My recent podiatrist recommended I try this product. I am soooo glad I did. I ordered a larger shoe size, put in the carbon fiber insole and my regular orthotic and off I went. I can walk > 3 miles, or use the treadmill at a brisk pace, and on 7.0 incline, with ZERO great toe pain. I haven't had to use my Sombra pain relief cream on my foot after exericse and not awake at night from the joint throbbing. I have been using it over a month. I can't yet speak to the longevity of the product. I'm hoping that given the price, it lasts 6 months. It is very rigid and would be uncomfortable without a custom or regular shoe insole. May not fit in a snug shoe that just fits, would like need 1/2 size up and a wider toe box (which I get anyway). My review is NOT paid for and I didn't receive any freebie for reviewing this product. I am just so pleased to have such decrease in pain and increase in my level of activity because of this, I wanted to share.
