Does this have a seating chart/arrangement space that we can fill out?

Yeah it has a category for it. It had the groom and bride's table that can be filled out and pages of empty templates where you can fill out the table numbers and who is sitting at each table. Then it has a couple pages where you can draw out a map of your wedding table arrangements

Is timeline telling you what to do or need each month ?

Yeah it tells you what to do each month starting at 18 months before the wedding until after the wedding
