To my great disappointment, it's made in China. I thought I was buying a U.S. made product until I got it in the mail & saw the sticker on the back.

Q: Is toner included with this printer

There is a starter cartridge but it does not last long

Q: Does it work with apple devices?

I don’t have an apple lap top but I can print from my iphone

Q: What are the steps required to load the driver?

If you select Add a Printer in Windows 10/11, the drivers are automatically installed. It will prompt you to download a Xerox app from the Microsoft Store, which adds a prettier control panel showing toner level and select printing options.
