Ok at that the start off taking them, then after one week they stopped me to go to the loo on a regular basis 🥴

These capsules are very easy to take, one capsule 3 times a day. There isn’t an off-putting smell or taste, and I don’t get any stomach issues at all, even when I take them on an empty stomach. And the best part of all is that they actually seem to be working.When I take these, it feels like a flush out of my system. They don’t give me the same running-to-the-bathroom feeling that cleanses do, but they do work similar to a cleanse… I feel like it is flushing my system, and I feel a lot less bloated than I did.So far, I am happy with these and the way they seem to be working. It is early days still, but at this stage I am very impressed.

3 a day for 30 days, I’m nearly 2 weeks in and I’ve seen absolutely no effect at all, very disappointing, I will be definitely sticking to my normal product as these definitely are not effective

After taking these for a period of weeks, I will deafly say that they are something that you need to wean yourself onto over a period of a week or so, maybe one pill every other day. Moving up to 2 a day in the morning and afternoon and then the three that are recommended.As the label says they are a detox supplement, which means that they force your body to expel toxins that it doesn’t need which I’m sure you can peace together means that you will certainly need to go to the toilet more often. For this reason, I would not recommend taking these during any long trips, or when you think you’ll be an environment where you can I access the toilet easily.With all that being said, I can certainly say that after a period of time my movements seem more regular and I felt less bloated. I think it would take longer to see any visible signs of the detox. I am already pretty lean, but I feel the detox has in removing my bloated stomach exposed more of my lower abdominal area.The size of the pills is pretty regular. I’ve included example of a Maxi Thermobol tablet simply to demonstrate this is the usual size of tablet that you would be expected to take by any other company. If taken with drink they go down very easy and actually go down easier I think than the Thermobol because of the capsule coating.Having suffered from IBS in the past it may be that I use these every so often in order to improve the health of my gut and improve its overall function periodically, as if pressing the reset button.As the label says always speak to a doctor if you have any concerns or if you want to seek their advice prior to taking.

I am.trying this detox for first time and I feel better 😌, of course I have to move to toilet but hey I didn't know that I hold so much in me and actually its good to eliminate properly the residue!Helps with gas and when after eating the meals my belly dosent double the size anymore.Good value of money and the capsule are easy to swallow. Don't worry if give u the upset feeling belly it will go away
