Your basic asian style soup spoon. We eat pho all the time and these are thr kinds of spoon we need. Typically pho is served at bear boiling temps (to cook the rare beef) so the spoons need to be cool enough to sip from. Metal spoons will burn the lips and tongue at these temps. So it's important to have the right kind of spoon for the right dish. These are not to be used like regular western style spoons where the entire spoon is put in the mouth. I've had these spoons for about a year and a half, they're great. I like them because they're not metal and doesn't get too overwhelmingly hot when eating soup. Only bad thing is that after a while they do start to stain and the stain will not come out no matter what I've tried, but that's to be expected with utensils made of this material.

I love these spoons! Perfect size, light weight and hard to break unlike ceramic versions. Dishwasher safe. A must buy!

Honestly there's not much to be said here. They're extremely cost-effective, pretty solid quality for plastic spoons, have a great design to help keep the spoon from falling into or out of bowls and are easy to clean. There's nothing extremely special about them but no notable issues with them either. They're just simple, plain, well-made plastic soup spoons that do their job. What more can you ask for?

I have always loved the spoons in Pho restaurants and kept looking for some at Asian markets. Found these on Amazon and love the size and the little hook on the end that keeps soup spoons from sliding into the bowl. The spoon is a little bigger than most I have used in restaurants but I love them. They do not drip as much and are great for children because they can make such a mess with soups and chili. The grandchildren quickly learned they can eat soup without spilling if they do not fill the spoon to the top. They also like not having the spoons fall into the bottom of the soup bowl. My grandkids asked to take one each home to use when they eat oatmeal! Everyone gave them a "10"
