Yes they should fit a full figured adult woman. I enjoy them but they pinch the hair on my arms.

I have small wrists, and they fit, but are still a little bit too big. Definitely too big for a 6 year old.

They look about the same size. I have the white multi color and all the bracelets are the same size. I really like them
