Versatile and tasty
Expensive for what it is but the flavor is good and there are so many uses for it from French fries to salads. I found that it tends to clump and has to be shaken regularly to keep it loose. The pecorino cheese and truffles smell amazing and the flavor mostly lives up to the enticing aroma that comes every time you open the container.

elevate your burgers to the NEXT LEVEL
im new to this product. was introduced to it while subscribing to green chef meal delivery. One of their meals included a little packet of this stuff and i was hooked! i use it in my burger mix and sprinkle it on top as it's cooking as well. below is the keto steakhouse burger recipie i use. i've used this so many times i've got it memorized.Servings: 8Prep Time: 15 MinutesCook Time: 10 MinutesTotal Time: 25 MinutesINGREDIENTS2 pieces white sandwich bread (i use keto bread like base culture 7 nut and seed), crusts removed and cut into ¼-inch pieces⅓ cup milk (i use lactose free organic milk)2½ teaspoons kosher salt1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper4 shakes of truffle powder (or to taste)3 garlic cloves, minced (i also sprinkle garlic powder on both sides)1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (i use primal kitchen steak sauce)2 tablespoons ketchup (primal kitchen sugar free ketchup or similar)3 pounds 80 to 85% lean ground beef(optional) 3 scallions, white and green parts, very finely sliced or chop up sweet onions and press them into the mix, grill some in a skillet next to the burger at the same time.I put my hamburger on a bed of salad. arugula + chopped walnuts + gorgonzola + olive oil)INSTRUCTIONSPreheat the grill to high heat or skillet (cast iron preferrably) to around 5 settingIn a large bowl, mash the bread and milk together with a fork until it forms a chunky paste. Add the salt, pepper, garlic, steak sauce and ketchup and mix well. Then add the ground beef and scallions or onion chunks and break the meat up with your hands. Mix everything together until evenly combined.Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions (i split it into 4 if you want double size) and form compact balls. Flatten the balls into ¾-inch patties about 4½ inches across. Form a slight depression in the center of each patty to prevent the burgers from puffing up on the grill.Oil the grilling grates. Grill or skillet cook the burgers, covered, until nicely browned on the first side, 4 minutes. Flip burgers and continue cooking another 4ish minutes. You can top with cheese and cover to melt it. If you cook sweet onions with the burger the cheese will melt down and mix with the onion for amazingness.Condiments: i top with truffle mayo made by mixing the powder into it, yellow mustard, chopped up dill pickles and mashed avocado with s&pRefrigerate: up to a week. I save the mixture and make a fresh burger on salad every night.Freezer-Friendly Instructions: The uncooked burgers can be frozen for up to three months. (Freeze the burgers on a baking sheet or plate so their shape sets, then transfer them to a sealable plastic bag for easy storage.) Defrost the burgers overnight in the refrigerator prior to serving and then cook as directed.
