The product was good quality and exactly as I expected or hoped. It came with no scratches or chips, and a nice clean look. It was also very easy to hold. It is the same size as my yeti tumbler, but is lighter and maybe a touch easier to hold. Also, I had a cold drink with ice in it and the ice was not melting, so good insulation. Also, the lid fit nice and securely. Here is my thought on a comparison to a competing yeti tumbler: Positives of the Clean Hydration tumbler in comparison are that it is lighter, a touch easier to hold and also has a ceramic interior coating that is so smooth it stays super clean with liquids "beading up" instead of sticking to the sides due to the ultra smooth surface. Also, I like that it is ceramic that I am drinking from. In contrast the Yeti has a nicer lid with a slide to seal it up entirely, whereas the Clean Hydration one has an open mouth area that can't be sealed. Also, due to the yeti being heavier, it is going to be better at insulation, as it is reputed to be. For this price, I am very happy with my purchase. If the yeti and this tumbler were the same price, I would definitely go with the yeti, if you don't mind an uncoated metal interior. Also, it is important to add that drinking from this tumbler and the Yeti are really the same if you drink with the plastic lid on, and neither had a strange taste from the interior.

I have been drinking out of a knock off stainless steel cup for years and recently the metal taste just attacked me out of nowhere, and I knew a change had to happen! I researched ceramic cups that kept coffee hot for at least 3 hours and this was the choice per reviews. I must say it does keep my coffee hot long enough to enjoy it and then some. The top was suggested by another reviewer to be replaced with the 20oz yeti magnetic lid top so I ordered the 2 pack when I ordered my cup, and yes I am glad I did. The lid fits perfectly and keeps the drink hotter and no spills when I hit a bump on the road. If you turn the cup upside down with the yeti lid it is gonna leak, I normally drink with the cup right side up so this is not a bother for me. The taste of the coffee stays fresh and perfect for about 3 hours and NO METAL yay!!!! I like the look of the cup and it arrived without any damage to the inside or out. It’s a great purchase and I wish I would have tossed the steel to the can a long time ago, oh well, we are flourishing now! Hope this review helps and you have a great day!!!

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I have used it everyday since purchasing it. It is easy to wash and still looks like new (white color). The cup is perfect. I do agree with other reviewers that the design of the lid could be improved. Take some hints from Yeti and other manufacturers with lids that close. The lid is well made and fine for home use. For the car, I do use an old Yeti lid that I already owned, but there are very inexpensive offerings on Amazon. The cup itself is so good, it is worth purchasing a second closing lid, especially if you purchase the cup on sale. Great core product, but I strongly suggest the manufacturer invest in a new lid design to grow market share. The quality of this product seems top notch so far.

This is the best coffee mug ever. Absolutely great coffee taste with the ceramic coating. Never a metallic taste. Mug is cool to the touch yet keeps the coffee hot. I generally leave the lid off until the coffee gets to a more drinkable temperature. The well made lid keeps the coffee at a comfortable temperature until I finish it. By the way, this mug is not a thermos so don't expect it to keep your coffee hot for hours. It wasn't designed for that. However, if you want you coffee warm for an hour or so it's great. A side benefit is the mug doesn't dibble down the side when you pour from it. Nice if you use a single cup coffee maker. Finally, it's easy to wash, doesn't stain, and maintains it's new appearance. Enjoy!

Love that this is ceramic lined. But wow, they should be ashamed of the lid! Fortunately we already have some 20 ounce yeti lids in the house, and those fit perfectly. I compared the two lids, and it looks like The Clean Hydration Company basically used the design of the Yeti lid except they did not contour the lip part of it. On the Yeti lid, the area around the drinking hole is contoured to get very thin and provide a good path for the liquid to flow. The lid provided with this mug doesn't do that and sends the liquid in all directions. They'd honestly be better off just selling this without any lid at all and directing consumers to buy the Yeti lid. If they'd sold it to me in that way, I'd give the mug 5 stars just for the ceramic lining and overall look of it. But with that terrible lid, 3 is really all I can muster.

...that will not wash or soak out. Worse, seller will not stand behind the product. Defers to Amazon...sad. Think twice before doing any business with this seller. Granted, spending $35 dollars on a drinking cup is a bit ridiculous, but I am a fan of the ceramic cups and have a few. I have never had or used one that gave off a bad odor before. Pretty sure that is not on Amazon. I really want to like this cup, and even asked the seller for any tips into removing the odor, but they could not be bothered. Ironic, as the brand name is "Clean Hydration".

Perfect mug! Nice size, handle and ceramic interior. I drink coffee everyday in this mug and no staining occurs inside! The lid keeps the coffee hot until I finish drinking it. Perfect!
