Great vacuum cleaner.
Great Vorwerk product, received very quickly.Due to the item coming in to the UK from Germany there was obviously duty to be paid, but again no problems as DHL let me know how much I owed them for the Customs side of things, so everything went very smoothly. I paid 25% of the item value ( in case anyone is wondering)..Item is like new with the exception of a small split in the casing which makes absolutely no difference to the performance of the machine.The tools that came with the machine look brand new, can’t be 100% sure, but they certainly look it.Great machine, great company that supplied it, and their communication was excellent. I would without doubt buy from them again.Thank you!
