I was taking a prenatal with folic acid instead of a methylated version and I was craving tomato sauce for breakfast (tomatoes are high in folate!) After starting on these (which contain a methylated version of folate) my sauce cravings and nausea decreased in pregnancy! I’ve continued use through almost 1 year postpartum so far and have felt a great impact in my energy levels which is noticeable on days I forget to take these! My hair has been shiny and the thinner side of my head has seemed to grow and at least appear as thick and long as the other side! I recommended to my friend and she continues to take! Both of our midwives approved! Honestly couldn’t say anything negative about these! Easy to swallow because of the capsule form (no chalky tablets!) They’re great forms of each vitamin, a good quantity, and good price. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite prenatal brands and i often recommend this one to my clients as well as take it myself. It has methylated and bio available forms of vitamins, including methylfolate, as well as an easy on the stomach bio available form of Iron. It also has choline, a huge need during pregnancy for infant brain development, lutein, and DHA (also brain development here). This prenatal covers all bases well and the coating has a pleasant taste that does not aggravate morning sickness in my experience. There are also no yucky after taste/belching issues that can be a problem for pregnant women with slow digestion, especially in the first and 3rd trimesters. The singe packaging also makes it very easy to know if you've taken your dose for the day (easy to forget with mom brain!) And I feel it keeps the vitamins very fresh. Highly recommend!

These vitamins are easy to swallow and don't have any weird side effects. I'm very picky about how vitamins make me feel and these are very easy on my stomach. I take them with very little food and have no problems. The only con is remembering to take them twice per day. These really pack a punch with making sure you're receiving a lot of the vitamins you need on a daily basis. I do notice that my hair is thicker and fuller (nails too) when taking these. In my opinion these do not have any taste or after-taste, which is great! I've been taking these for years. I believe they're a high quality product.

Best prenatal vitamin hands down! A bit pricey but worth it! No taste and go down super easy! Quality ingredients I will continue taking after my baby is born as well. Wish I had these ones with my last pregnancy! I feel great!

I really like these vitamins. What I like about them is that they have both DHA and methylated folate, as opposed to folic acid like most prenatals. This prevents me from needing to buy multiple vitamins to meet all my needs of a prenatal. The methylated folate is appealing to me because I have the MTHFR gene, which means my body doesn’t fully absorb folic acid, meaning I don’t get all I need from folic acid alone. I switched to these after using the Pink Stork brand because they were similarly formulated, but at a much lower cost. However, these vitamins have increased by about $5 since I started using them. Now they are close to the Pink Stork price. However, the couple dollar savings and formulation is what makes me continue to order these. They are also easy to take and don’t have any odd taste or smell. Overall, I would recommend.
