Got this for my almost 3 year olds gown dress for a quinceañera it “poofed” it up perfectly! It does have a weird smell but nothing major. Definitely recommend!!

I purchased this petticoat specifically for the layer of tulle shown on the picture, mine came without it. I don't know if it was a mistake but I needed that layer of tulle over the three rings. K can't use it this way. The drawstring is a nice feature though.

Purchased for a granddaughters Halloween /Princess dress to give it more pizazz . It’s likely packaged by Elves,..you remove it from its flat cellophane wrapper,& * poof*…there it is! It’s sturdy, the bones are secure and consistent, and it’s strong enough to hoop-out a dress that has 4 layers of princess fluff . The waist band looks comfortable,with elastic,Velcro,& a tie..so go ahead & buy a bigger size if you’re unsure. The faint factory odor is not an issue . I hung it in our garage overnite & all good 👍

You can see the hoops, but other than that this skirt worked perfect! My daughter loved the way it helped her feel like a princess.
