Excellent for home computer
New MSI MATX board to be used on home system with the greatest load being video editing, no 2K. Went from one 90mm push fan to three fans, 80mm push, 92mm push and a 100mm pull. Set low in bios. Hard drive makes more noise. I did run the fan max in bios. Did not notice bearing noise but there is a rush of air heard. I doubt I’ll ever get that hot. So for a home use excellent.

nice quiet fan
its a nice quiet fan that pushes a good amount of air. currently using it as an exhaust fan and it does its job pretty good. havent had any problems with my pc as of yet. i have used this on cpu coolers and it works really good for those too.

Bargain fan that is worth more than you pay
I bought three 92mm PWM fans to test, this Artic F9, the CoolerMaster SickleFlow 92, and the Noctua NF-A9. The noise level on all at full speed is about the same (within 1dB from a foot away), with the Noctua the quietest, and this Arctic F9 the loudest. But, you will likely not hear any of them if they aren't running at full speed. For static pressure, the F9 is also the worst of all 3, but again the differences are very, very small. On the other hand, for airflow, there wide variations. This F9 generated about 33 cubic feet per minute, which is fine for the size, and not far from the 40CFM of the Noctua. Compared to the less than 20CFM of the SickleFlow, though, it's huge. In the "around $10" price range, this Artic F9 is a winner. If you need absolute best in class sound and flow, go for the Noctua, but you can get nearly two Artic F9s for the price of one Noctua.

Works great.
Was easy to install. Came with mtg screws. Very quiet. Would buy again. Used on a Acer Aspire TC-885UA92 desktop.

Its a fan...from Arctic
Nothing much to say, it's a fan from Arctic, looks good and works well with my tower cooler. Very quiet and can't hear it over my other case fans. 10/10

Case fan for a second desktop
Bought this one for a second desktop ... both fans work great and the PWM works as expected in both on two different desktops

Super quiet
Replaced my original case fan with this one and my computer is now much quieter and runs about the same temps, even at full speed this fan is barely audible. Highly reccomended if you have an overly loud fan

The one is way quiet than my old one.

Bought two of these F9 4 pin PWM fans as part of a refurb on a new-to-me ex-callcentre HP Elite 8300 SFF desktop PC. One for the case and one for the PSU. The fans it came with were ticking. :-S Just the job. Now no more ticking, just the gentle sound of the air passing through. :-) The fan plug needed a slight hack to cut away the spigot between the 3rd and 4th pins with a craft knife to make it fit to the standard HP motherboard and PSU connector. Pleased with the end result.

In generale consigliata.
