Back pain relief
The magnets help with lower back pain. The strsps dig in to the front of my arms, rather uncomfortable. I guess the harder they dig in the more straight you stand with your elbows in the center of your back. For back pain i take the straps and cross them in front of my chest and loop threw the waist band. Works ok just not slip proof. Overall good but pricier than it should be

This brace came and was so comfortable for my son. He was so excited to have a brace to help his lordosis.

Was expecting it to be sturdy it was not. Too weak for any pain relief doesnt really do anything.

I purchased the "L" size (37-45inch)I have a 38 inch waist and the stretch belt is about 4 inches short.

Ok if you don't perform tasks
It is ok, but you can't move relaxed when you are wearing. I was wearing during housekeeping duties and is not that comfortable. Holds you under the arms
