These have really helped me work my gut issues. No aftertaste is a plus. I get the bottle subscription now... they are a little pricey for me, so I only take one to the recommended two capsules and they still work well.

I’m a fan of the beekeeper products, These pro pre-post biotic pills are good. They do the job however the price is Decent but not the best. They do have a smell of cheese but overall they work. I’ve noticed that I am less hungry have no stomach problems.

Only 20 in the packet equals 10 days so would cost almost 50 dollars for a month . Price too high
