So there is only 5% Oleuropein? I'm sure this product works great with all the reviews but i've seen 20%+ online.

It is not 5%. The box says 18mg of Oleuropein per 680mg serving. That is 2.65%.

So what is the percentage of Oleuropein?

Mine says 50 mg Oleuropein (in 680 mg Olive leaf extract) per capsule. This is the latest batch from Gaia in 2018 and I believe they've been changing (improving) their formulas throughout the years.

Is there an expiration date on this product?

Yes - I ordered a bottle recently and the expiration date on my bottle says "Best by January 2017"

Is this made from dried or fresh olive leaves?

The olive leaves used in Gaia's Olive Leaf Phyto-caps are dried.
