Magnetic Phone Grip, MagGo 610 Ring Holder, Adjustable Kickstand, Only for iPhone 16/16 Plus/16 Pro/16 Pro Max/15/14/13/12 Series

When I got my iPhone 14, I loved the bigger screen but noticed the size was now a bit 'fumbly' for me. I didn't want a thicker pop-socket style grip to fill my pocket, so I tried this ring style. Fairly thin and not heavy, fits in my pocket well. I purchased the white grip. The color is slightly brighter white than my iPhone 14, but matches well enough. Magnet retention is very good. The ring is very smooth and feels good to grip. The ring can be used as a kickstand very easily in the landscape orientation. Trying to use it as a kickstand in the portrait orientation doesn't really work. If you need it as a portrait kicksatand, choose something else. The ring is substantial and fixed to the grip (i.e., doesn't rotate). If you want to move the hinge from the left or right side, you basically remove and re-attach it, or drag the entire ring around on the back of your phone. You must remove the grip to surface-charge your phone (cable charging is unaffected). The magnetic grip only goes on one way (heads yes / tails no), but the part that holds the inner ring can be felt on the non-attach side, whereas the attached side is completely smooth. I get up before my spouse and I've now gotten good at putting it on in the dark. We buy Anker products often as they are high-quality and properly priced. I am happy with my purchase.

The magnet isn’t as strong as I expected, and the finger ring is too small, which makes it uncomfortable to use. There isn’t much room. However, it works really well as a stand. The quality is excellent, it’s well-made, and it’s lightweight.

Was fairly pleased with the ring holder initially -- felt sturdy, clean, and ergonomic. I use my phone without a case and the ring allows me to hold the phone without fear of it slipping out of my hand. While the magnetic attachment will come apart if you pull too hard and the ring can be a little difficult to flip out after folding in (as mentioned in some other reviews), none of this was unexpected. However, after regular use for a month or two, the ring hinge has gotten incredibly loose. while I can still use it as a finger support while holding the phone, the ring will flip out on its own when lifting the phone up, and is no longer tight enough to support the phone as a kickstand. since it flips out so easily, it frequently gets in the way when putting my phone in my pocket. Update 5/2/2022: Anker followed up with me after my review in February, and sent me a replacement ring at no cost. With the new ring, there was no discoloration or chipping (didn't mention in the original review) so the coating seems to greatly improved. Photo compares the original ring to the replacement ring after about 2 months of use each. That being said, the new ring still suffers from the same physical issues at the first ring -- incredibly tight and somewhat hard to pull out when you first get it, but gets too loose to support the phone as a stand after a few months. For what it's worth, I use the ring as a support with my middle finger while holding the phone, so I flip it out at least a couple dozen times per day. If you're using it solely as a stand for the phone once or twice a day, it will probably stay tight much longer. Bumping my review from 2 to 3 stars due to Anker's fantastic customer service, but in the end the product didn't quite meet my personal needs.

I love this simple device. Holds on strong to my phone or MagSafe case and provides two ways to keep the phone in place. Leave the small steel ring in flush with the magnet and you have a comfortable sized indent for your index or middle finger to keep the phone upright while thumb typing. Or pull out the ring and slip a finger on either hand through it. Strong magnets, so it won’t accidentally come off. Smooth surface, so it rotates easily to whatever angle you need. You can also pop out the ring and use it as a horizontal stand for hands-free use on your bedside or coffee table. Note: You can’t use this with a magnetic charging stand, you have to remove it for that.

J'adore ce Ring Holder. Il est très pratique et fait office de support pour regarder des vidéos sur mon iPhone MAIS... oui il y a un mais, en blanc, il se tâche rapidement. J'ai une housse de téléphone en cuir (couleur havane) et dès qu'il touche le cuir, au bout de quelques minutes des tâches apparaissent sur le Ring Holder. J'ai essayé de nettoyé avec de l'eau de javel / du bicarbonate/ et autres produits mais rien n'y fait. J'ai nettoyé ma housse de téléphone en cuir, mais même constat après un test. Donc, si vous avez un article en cuir ne le mettez pas en contact avec. J'ai quand même repris un Ring Holder blanc (pour matcher avec la couleur de mon iPhone) auquel je fait TRES attention et aussi un en noir (qui craint moins celui ci).

I hadn’t too much concern about quality given it’s an Anker product and they definitely delivered here. The MagSafe ring is really well made, feels really sturdy and attaches to the phone with a good amount of force so there’s no concerns of it coming off unexpectedly. I didn’t realise but once attached it allows easy rotation 360° (The actual magnetic base remaining in place) which makes it easy to adjust without concerns of scratching the back. I was finding the iPhone 13 Pro Max a bit heavy and unwieldy but this is a complete game changer for me - I’ve tried a few different ring positions and it’s easy to find one that lets you hold the phone in a more comfortable position that spreads the weight better across your hand and provides a more secure grip. To me this is an absolute must for the iPhone 13 models, as they are pretty chunky and heavy. I love the fact it acts like a pop socket as well as a stand for watching movies, and it can be removed easily if needed. As some other reviewers mentioned getting the ring out once flush is a little fiddly, a small tab on the inside of the ring would solve that but I haven’t found it to be too big a deal but definitely an improvement for a future revision but I’m glad it folds down flat without anything sticking up as I use it in a sleeve case. Well done Anker, finally a useful accessory for me for the MagSafe feature!
