Sweet Potato Chews 100% All-Natural Single Ingredient Dog Treats, 8 oz

My dogs love these treats! They each get one in the morning before we leave and they are their favorite snacks. These replaced dog biscuits and now they won't even look at biscuits.

Our dog loves these! Healthy alternative for a quick snack or treat. They are a good size for our 20 lb cavalier pup. He munches on them for about a minute.

I used to purchase this item for years on Amazon since none of the stores had it. The WERE great, nutritious while a great product as treats. I always purchased a large bag since I have a large dog. She loved them. Then, one bag I found to be green molded, the entire bag was green and nasty. I notified Amazon and they reimbursed me thankfully. Since then the quality of the treats took a drastic turn downward. They now are USELESS thin, small, brittle, pieces of useless garbage. They are so small and brittle I am afraid to give them to my dog since he may choke or cut the inside of her mouth. I looked in the local Home Goods, where they have many large bags presently and all the bags are the same low quality. What happened to this once great Company selling great quality dog treats? They are dehydrated 100% sweet potato slices how hard can it be to maintain a quality dog treat? I am done with purchasing these. Looking for another Company with higher standards that this Company USED to have.

My dog loved these! If I give her a bully stick or tendon at the same time she will eat her veggies first! Not smushy or rock hard. Just right! I got a different brand once and my dog wouldn’t eat them. This is the best tasting one for her that gives her the fiber she needs in an easy and tasty way. It’s a great price and way easier than trying to dehydrate my own. Doesn’t smell bad and only has ONE ingredient. I have it as a Subscribe and Save since she loves them so much. Under her leg is a 6 inch bully stick she just ignored until she finished her veggies.

I have been purchasing this product for the past 6 to 9 months and have found the product to be very high-quality in that it is a single ingredient, however the consistency is quite poor. This dog treat is VERY expensive (for the amount of product given) and the company should aim to provide as much consistency as possible. Some bags have whole, thick slices of dehydrated sweet potato and others contain shriveled up, rolled, sharp, very thinly sliced pieces. Yet other bags have had cross cut pieces of what were obviously whole slices of sweet potato, cut into at least four pieces. I have a giant breed dog and the thick, whole slices are ideal. It is what is featured in the advertising of the product and yet this is not the product that is received even 50% of the time. I just got off the phone with customer service representative, Hannah, and though she was kind, I did not feel as if she was really taking my complaint all that seriously. She kept trying to tell me that they cannot guarantee consistency because the size of the sweet potato coming in from the farmers will vary in size, depending upon the season. I told her that I appreciated that and understood that they could not regulate this given that it was a natural product, however she could not answer why some pieces were sliced extremely thinly, such that they roll up into sharp little straw-like pieces. She also could not answer or offer any commentary on the thickly sliced, large pieces that have obviously been cross cut into at least four smaller pieces. She stated that that’s not something that they do and she inquired as to whether not I was buying another one of their products and I assured her that I was not buying anything other than the sweet potato dog treat chews. She kept saying that sometimes they will break into pieces but I assured her that many times I was receiving a bag of sliced, dehydrated sweet potatoes that had obviously been cross- cut with a straight edge. She didn’t indicate that they were going to investigate. She didn’t ask me to mail a bag back to them. She didn’t ask me to take a photo and send it to them she didn’t seem interested in resolving the situation any further than making notes and taking it back to the powers that be. That much is appreciated, however I was very dissatisfied with the phone call. I would love for her to have indicated that she would investigate as to why Cros cut pieces are being sent out into customers homes. I also offered the suggestion that they more thickly slice the smaller sweet potatoes that they get, so that they don’t roll into sharp objects. I will purchase a couple more bags and if the cross-cut pieces continue, I’m going to buy a dehydrator and start making my own. I would prefer to buy their product given the high-quality, but the consistency is just so variable that many times we end up throwing away the tiny pieces that are a choking hazard. Good looking and should've worked but my little guy didn't like them.

I think these have great ingredients with no additives. But my small dog has a difficult time eating them . She is elderly and does not have all her teeth. My GrandDaughters larger dog loves them , but the size is small for a larger. Looking for a softer chewy for her without additives.

Another favorite for my babies. Not full of any junk and a healthy snack that they love.

As expected. No complaints.

My Golden Retriever gets one at every meal so I always have to make sure I’m not paying too much. She grabs it and takes it to her “special spot” to eat.

I have a Bishon/Maltipoo mix and she loves sweet potato fries. They are soft and chewy for the dogs. This brand or at least my bag was not what they are supposed to be. When I took one out of the bag, it snapped in half. They are hard as a rock and dried out, even the moisture pouch inside is dried out and sounds like sand inside the pouch. Obviously this bag has been sitting quite awhile on the shelf. Ive bought many different brand of sweet potato for my dog and they have never looked or felt like this. Worst part is there is no expiry date on the bag, not one that I could see anyways. I recommend the seller check the bags and return the bad ones the the company. Its making you look bad for selling them in the first place. My 15 year old dog, going on 16 May 1, 2024 is not going to be eating this. She would eat them, but her gums wouldnt be happy with her
