Those are very good collagen supplements, longer you not using tretinoin cream with those. Because those have trace of sufla. So tretinoin cream would not work with those collagen supplements. I had to change for different one because it has trace of sufla in. Tablets are pretty big and you have to take 6 of them per day.

I used this product on a regular basis and have been for about 2 years now! It does exactly what it says it does. Ive noticed my nails and hair grow much faster, not to mention the fact that they are much stronger. I used to have very brittle nails that chipped way to easily. That is a thing of the past. I receive complements that I have beautiful nails that look professionally done, but they are just natural and i keep them up. My hair also looks healthier and grows like a weed! I have to get hair trims more often. The taste isn't that bad, other than the fact something has changed about this item. The label looks different and now instead of taking two pills daily, it now says to take 6. So now its more to take.and I dont like that but ive taken this so long I will continue to do so. On the plus, the pulls are small and not large, thank God! For what all this item does, you would figure it would be more expensive but its not. Its very affordable!

I have been taking these collagen supplements for close to 2 years. It seems that the longer I take them, the better the outcome. I have aging skin, and I tend to bruise easily. A provider suggested that taking collagen supplements would help with bruising. It HAS! I have skin that isn't bruising, stronger fingernails, healthier hair and feel better in general! I now have my husband taking them! I feel that these are extremely effective! These supplements do not upset my stomach like many others do. They are a larger tablet, but I don't have a problem taking them. I will continue to use this supplement! I am extremely pleased with the results!
