Loving it so far!
This is a new 120V 1200W version that one can just use without an adapter in North America. Love how convenient it is!

Missing a plate.
Missing the 6 circle pancake plate, the main machine also looks dirty. Very very disappointed. Return!

Fast delivery. Good packaging with wraps for each plate and foams around. We got the grill plate also and they all shipped in one-go. We used it for grilling beef, shrimps and mushrooms. It was quick to heat up. Smoke is not too bad. When it's in medium heat, the smoke is almost unnoticeable, only when it's in high heat, then there is more smoke. Overall, very satisfied with the product.
