If you have a lot of stress or anxiety, this is not the solution. I didn't really see any changes.

I used the tablets for few times, in fact I got very opposite affects rather than being calm.

This is another good item that I recommend! These work well and the price is right. I only had one issue and that was how it was packed. It was shipped in a box with Very Heavy cat litter, and movement of the litter crushed the box. The pills were fine and undamaged though. Thank goodness! It needed More Protection from the Very Heavy box of litter. Maybe a "separated section" made with more cardboard so that smaller items don't get crushed that way. (I HOPE YOU'RE READING THIS AMAZON!

I only need this about once a week, but Thay do work, though Thay taste table, and take about 30 minutes for full effect,
