Well the cord just split and sprayed water everywhere! This machine cost me over $60 and should have a longer life! I will switch to Waterpik which has a better warranty! All it needs is a replacement wand but I am still awaiting a response from the company. Update 11/119: Okay now I feel ripped off by Dentalsli, Nature's offer and desertcart! No one ever responded to what should have been a simple fix! They just took my money and ran! desertcart claimed that the merchant would contact me but that never happened. Shame on desertcart for their poor support!

There no reason for it to stop working after two years. My Miele vacuum is over 20 years old and it’s still working.
