I happily received a box of GOAT Foods Finnish Delights Licorice Gift Box, Gourmet Licorice (Finnish Delights).Oh my, my! The Finnish Delights Black Licorice is absolutely Delicious!I grew up eating good black licorice AND I also used to chew on real licorice root! I always had a piece of licorice root in my pocket as a kid!I love quality black licorice, and these two Black ones hit the mark with me and get 5 Stars!Even my husband likes it, and he usually does not like Black Licorice at all because he has only tasted the cheap kind, or the ones in Jelly Beans. Both he and I were very surprised at just how much he liked the Black Licorice. The only drawback for me now is that I have to share it with him!As far as the Canister of the Red Licorice goes:I am not too excited about this one.My husband likes this Red Licorice OK, but he was much more impressed with the Black ones.I actually never can think of the Red, or any of the other colors as even being licorice. I just think of them as candy.Normally, I do enjoy Red Licorice too, but this one's flavor just is not for me. I think this is supposed to be a Strawberry flavor, as it kind of smells like Strawberry. It could also be watermelon flavor. To me, this Red one just tasted odd and too mild.I sure do love the 2 canisters of the yummy Black Licorice enough to happily buy it again when we run out. Next time though, I'll go for a choice that has all 3 Canisters of the Black!BTW, this set of the Finnish Delights Licorice was packaged very nicely in a box, with 3 attractive Black and Red Striped Canisters full of the delicious Licorice in the box.This is a very giftable treat, if you can stand to part with them!UPDATE 01/09/2022:We ate up all that delicious Finnish Black Licorice! We have about 1/4 of the canister left of the Finnish Red Licorice. I already ordered and received more of just the Finnish Black Licorice because we have fallen so madly in love with it! I did try 1 canister of the Black Australian Licorice, but it has more of a mild Anise flavor, so it's not a favorite with us. That Finnish Black is our absolute favorite because of it's stronger REAL licorice flavor, which is what I remember from when I was a licorice-crazed kid!
